What materials are our long socks made of?
How comfortable socks feel on your feet depends largely on the material. That’s why we’ve developed the perfect material mix for each of our products.
- Our tennis and sports socks for leisure and sport are made of 73% organic* cotton, 18% polyester (recycled), 7% polyamide and 2% elastane.
- The business socks are made of 80% organic* cotton, 18% polyester (recycled), 1% polyamide and 1% elastane.
- Our high running socks are made of 74% polyamide (recycled), 24% polyamide and 2% elastane.
- The material mix of our non-slip socks consists of 92% organic* cotton, 6% polyamide and 2% elastane.
- Wool socks from SNOCKS are made of 45% polyester, 32% wool, 9% polyacrylic, 8% polyamide, 5% cotton and 1% viscose.
- The Norwegian socks are made of 40% polyester, 20% wool, 16% polyacrylic, 14% viscose, 6% cotton and 4% polyamide.

How do I find the right size?
To benefit from the perfect fit, it’s important that you buy socks in the right size. All our socks fit true to size. That means: you can shop them in the size you’re used to. We state EU shoe sizes. To keep them from shrinking, it’s important that you wash our socks at a maximum of 40 degrees.

How should you wash long socks?
Even if your feet have had a tough day, we ask you to treat your socks gently. What we mean by that: please wash all our socks at a maximum of 40 degrees. That’s the only way they keep their perfect fit. If you want to be sure they get really clean, you can use a hygiene detergent. However, we advise against harsh products like fabric softener. The tumble dryer is off-limits, too. Anyone who wants to keep white socks white usually reaches for harsh bleach. To protect the material, you’d better skip that. Instead, make sure to sort your clothes by colour before washing. That way, you can wash white socks and they stay white.
