  • How does the return process work?
    1. You fill out the return form, specify what you are returning, provide your email address, and so on. The more information you provide in the form, the faster and easier the return process will be for both you and us.
    2. We will then send you an email with the return label.
    3. You send the goods back to us.
    4. We process the return and refund the corresponding costs to you.
  • Do I have to pay shipping costs for a return?

    No, the return is free of charge.

  • How long do I have to return something?

    You have a relaxed 100 days to return something. Because we definitely want to give you the opportunity to test our products first – you shouldn’t buy a pig in a poke. Of course, it’s also okay if you order several sizes to try on. But to make that unnecessary, we have a size guide for underwear and socks for you.

  • My item is broken

    Is one of your products defective or has it developed a hole? Then a return is not necessarily required. You can easily request a replacement with our Anti-Hole Guarantee. Please note that the defective products must be kept for 8 days after requesting new goods in case a return is necessary.

  • When and how will I receive my money back?

    You usually receive the refund through the original payment method used. We typically process the refund within 1 - 2 business days, and depending on the payment method, the money will be with you immediately or shortly thereafter. Please note: It is possible that you receive the money before you have been able to send the products back to us. Even then, you are still obligated to return them.

  • Amazon Return

    Returns of SNOCKS products ordered through Amazon must also be processed there. You can use the online return center, where you can, for example, print a shipping label directly. As long as the products are unused and undamaged, you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to do so. After processing your Amazon return, you will receive a refund.
