Your tasks
Social Media Strategy: You will take over the concept development for our social channels (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook & Snapchat) with a focus on short-form content that delivers reach and performance.
Growth & Analytics: You track, test, and optimize our organic content. Impressions, likes, and followers are all KPIs that you can manage.
Community Management: You build genuine relationships – through comments, DMs, and stories, with a touch of humor.
Creator Relations: You work with UGC creators, barbers, and influencers who authentically represent our brand.
Optional: Do you want to be in front of the camera yourself? Perfect, then also contribute as the face of the brand.
What you bring with you
Studies or training: You have completed studies or training in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
Experience: You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in social media and can demonstrate how you strategically build and grow channels.
Content DNA: You are deeply involved in the social game, know how the algorithms work, and which trends are effective today (and won’t be tomorrow).
