With the SNOCKS subscription, we deliver your favorite basics to your home at your desired delivery interval. You decide which product you want to receive and then enjoy not only a fresh change in your underwear drawer but also full flexibility. Because you can pause or cancel the subscription at any time. And the best part: you save up to 20% on every delivery.

How does the SNOCKS subscription work?

  3. Click on the maximum quantity

  5. Save up to 20% on every delivery

When will my subscribed product be shipped?

Your first delivery will arrive within our usual delivery time. Subsequent deliveries will be made according to the delivery interval you have chosen.

When is the payment due?

Your first payment is due upon subscription completion. All subsequent payments are due at the time of the next delivery.

What information will I receive by email?

After completing the subscription, you will receive a regular order confirmation as well as a confirmation of your subscription via email. We will let you know when you can start looking forward to it. In other words: you will be informed as soon as your package has left our warehouse. Shortly before your next delivery is due, you will receive another reminder by email.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

After your second delivery, you can cancel your subscription anytime flexibly in your customer account. No further fees will be charged.

How do I know when I will receive my next delivery?

The date of your next delivery is in the confirmation email of your subscription. You can also view the next delivery date anytime in your customer account and will receive a reminder by email shortly before your next delivery.

How can I edit my delivery address?

You can update your delivery address and all other personal information anytime in your customer account under "Addresses & Payment Information."

How can I change the payment method for my subscription?

You can change or remove your payment method at any time in your customer account under "Addresses & Payment Information."

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Go to "Manage Subscriptions" in your customer account, select the subscription you want to pause or cancel. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom. Here you also have the option to pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation of your change by email.
