Whatever you order, we choose the right packaging so your products arrive safely. One thing we can promise: we always ship in paper. We have found a lightweight, sturdy solution made from FSC® Mix certified paper to keep your new essentials safe.

As soon as you place your order, your new favorite product will already be on its way to you. For shipping within Germany, we use DHL’s GoGreen shipping service. As part of the GoGreen service, DHL offsets transport-related CO₂e emissions through climate protection projects. If you’re not immediately sure, you can test your order for up to 100 days and return it if needed.
